There were two phone interviews (one done by an Human Resources recruiter asking the basics of why you're interested and when you can start, and then another phone call with the Branch Manager), followed by one in-person interview. The in-person interview was a panel with two of the Branch Managers as it was a large branch I was interviewing at. Both friendly but as it's a bank setting, expected professionalism and were still very conservative. Overall, thorough and decent experience.

Pretty basic, simple process. Had a phone screening interview, and then was invited to a hiring event where I wasn’t interviewed by 2 managers: one customer service, and one branch manager! They were friendly and kind, and it was an easy and comforting atmosphere.

Apply online and get a phone interview. After the phone interview. I got a group interview and one to one interview. The group interview include a group presentation. After five days I got the call announced me that I did not get an offer.
