Arranged by a staffing firm.. the staffing firm has contacts in the bank, and they can get your resume directly to the hiring manager.... i am pretty sure in many cases there is also quid pro quo involved btw the staffing firms and the hiring manager. So dont be discouraged if you didn't get selected... the resume screening process is in most cases not based on rational thinking and competence

I gave a great interview, described how to fill missing values in data, how A.I workflows work ( they asked about temperature) and other things, and I mentioned about my knowledge of Alteryx and hypothesis testing. Overall great interview, but they didn't take me, so it was very disappointing

I only made until 2nd round.
First round was normal pre-screening with HR. She asked general questions like - why TD, my experience with TD.
2nd round was 2-panel interview, with team senior leader and mid-level interviewers. They didn't ask much as I expected but mostly explaining what kind of roles I will be serving as.

Why TD. Your experience with TD. My experience with the specific task (in my case, he was asking if I have built any models for fraud transaction detection)
Easy interview just 5 questions asked about basic technologies and culture fit questions. Great experience in my experience and not sure about other roles though. good practice can easily clear the interview
