Applied online then was emailed an online assessment then phone interview asking very simple questions. A lot of the questions were related to sales and how you would sell a certain product and why you would contribute to their company. After the phone interview they said they would reply within 5-10 days but did not bother to reply after 10 days.

The interview process was fairly easy. They ask basic Investment and customer service-related questions. Be well prepared for a long interview of about 45-50 mins.
It was one step interview for me, but i strongly feel good preparation and knowledge can definitely get you in!

Applied online. A week after received a phone interview, then another week interviewing with the hiring manager and other team members. Due to the pandemic, the process was taking through phone about 30 mins and virtual interviewing about 1hr. Did not get any response a week after the second interview.
