The interview consists of a three step process. The first is a formal phone interview where they ask you a few basic questions about yourself to see if you're a good fit. The second is a more in depth interview where they ask questions to see if you've researched the company at all , as well as to describe opportunities in your life that have made you who you are. The third is an online video interview that breaks down the position more as well as asks you more questions about who you are to gain more perspective.

My interview experience with TEKsystems was very positive from start to finish. The recruiter reached out to me directly and really took the time to understand my background and career goals, which made me feel supported right away. The initial phone screen was friendly and transparent, and it set a comfortable tone for the rest of the process. The interviews themselves were well-structured, and even when there were technical questions, the interviewers came across as warm, professional, and genuinely interested in getting to know me. I also appreciated how efficient the timeline was—I moved through the stages quickly and always felt informed about what was coming next. Overall, I left the process feeling that TEKsystems values people, communicates clearly, and takes the time to make candidates feel confident and respected.

It was pretty easy going, very nice people. The people interviewing also started from the lowest position at the company and moved there way up to get to where they are now. The interviewers were friendly and did not make you feel overwhelmed. You get a call from the recruiter and then another call to discuss the processof the interview with the managers then you practice what the interview is going to be like then you get an interview with the managers and call recruiter and let her know how it went.
