I applied through Linkedin and got an interview, an overseas recruiter wrote me to schedule a meeting. I read about them and what consultant companies do in general.
I decided to try see where the negotiations will go.

From the beginning they let you confirm some conditions before proceeding and they offer their salary range. Later I found out that the company they are going to hire me to( as a consultant) pays a lot way more. So they will take monthly 20% from my salary. and they say we will give monthly phone subscription and gym membership and online courses. which left me uncomfortable as all of this I can get to myself without need to cut 20% of my market value.
