You submit your resume. Fill out a personal information form about past work experiences. Take an online exam where they test your english speaking skills by repeating certain words, phrase, and even retelling a 6 sentence story. There's also a typing test where you have to at least get 25 words per minute. Take an intial interview and then finally the final interview

Where do you see yourself in 5 years? How will I know that you wont quit after 1 year?
2 part process with a video screening before moving onto the virtual interview. Questions focused on the app and how you would deal with patients. It was about a month process.

Meet with recruiter, then move onto interview with director, and finally a panel interview. In the panel interview you get given a case study to read which is then followed by answering some questions.

It wasn't that hard, the interviewer asked some common questions about myself, why I wanted to work there an so on. It was pretty easy being honest, I think that was one of the easiest interviews I have ever had and I'm currently working at Telus.
