I was interviewed at TIAA Mumbai through staffing agency in month of July 2016. Overall interview experience was average.There were 4 rounds where round 1 being merittrac test which was irrelevant. Questions were outdated compared to technology being used at TIAA. Round 2 ,3 and 4 were more on technical skills with easy questions. I went through and cleared all the rounds and was told that I was selected and would get offer in a week's time.But after several follow-ups and no clear communication even after a months time , it seems I wasted my precious time and efforts.

I am Oracle DBA having 10+ years experience.
Interview process not effective. Online technical test for experience person , where almost 90% questions not relevant. Some 9i parameters questions asked , which now a days Oracle also not supported. Out of 40 people only 4-5 selected. One candidate was rejected in this round , but still they interviewed for 2nd round after filling feedback form.
18+ weeks interview process. One needs to wait for 4-6 Months time.
