There were total 4 rounds, three technical and one managerial. Overall the process was pretty smooth. All coordination for interview process was done by third party agency, who were very prompt in communicating regarding all interview rounds.

Despite clearing the final round, there's been no proper feedback from HR. Repeated follow-ups are ignored, and it feels like fake interviews are being conducted without genuine intent to hire.

Worst.
Reis HR consultants invited me to TIAA office at 8.30. it was 20 kms away from where I live.
I reached at 8.15 and then they made us wait till 10.30 to give any update. At 10.30 they told me that interviews are being lined up and I might be called for interview any time. I got called for round 1 which was kind of screening round yet so much technical at 11.15 approx. Lasted for 15 mins. After half hr they told me I have cleared it and HR asked to have lunch before round 2.
Since it was a Saturday I was okay with round 2 being conducted after lunch. Post lunch , they made me wait for another 1 hr to have a interview online! Which was ridiculous. The main purpose of visiting office was to have interviews in person!!
That round 2 went exceptionally good for me and from experience of round 1 , I knew I am good fit for role they were looking for.
Interviewer was also impressed and told me frankly that they were having stack process and I was in top 3. I had got 2 tricky questions wrong.
2 days after REIS HR calls me and says I am not going ahead saying my interview was not so good.
2 weeks after another HR calls me and asks for round 2 scheduling. In the office. Again.I asked for my previous candidature and she got all awestruck and told me she would get back. Still hasn't.
Lesson learnt : Always opt for online interview.
