I applied online. Within two weeks recruiter reached out to me and schedule interview on microsoft teams. ( I believe after covid many companies are doing virtual interviews). On the day of interview i logged in to teams. There were two hiring managers. First they went over brief introduction about themselves. Then I talked about my work experience and eduacation background. Then Basic discussion about job role and what TRC is doing currently and then they asked few questions from my resume.
Pretty straight forward questions and overall positive experiance.
Two interviews online by upper management. Interview wasn't bad, they asked typical questions like greatest weakness ect. Asked some technical questions. They did seem like they are not hiring currently

setting up the interview was a breeze, it ended up being one interview and done, interviewer was friendly asked a few technical questions I answered them to the best of my ability and we went from there.

Remote interview over teams with several current employees. First round was not too technical with the employer asking general questions. Did not accept the job offer because of another opportunity
