First you take the TSA test if you pass it will takes about 4weeks, before you are scheduled for a Face to Face interview in which they ask about 7 questions using the STAR method

It was a very long wait to start to finish like a half year or so, big process to endure. Background check, several testing, etc.There was an in-person interview as well as lab testing.

You do an assessment then you go to do a face to face interview. It was a STAR Format interview and I practiced and aced the interview. I was not offered the position due to having mental health issues so becareful not to tell them if you are on antidepressants.
