Also, the online application is where you indicate your available hours (they base your schedule on this, so be honest). Then, you have to run a computer scan to ensure compatibility. After that, you have to complete a question and answer session through a voicemail. I guess that is the interview? I never had to speak to anyone before I got the offer for the job.

It was basically all just text messaging with someone. At first i was skeptical due to never being interviewed just through text but the more it progressed to easier it got. They just ask you questions and you just answer honestly, or at least that is what I did.
