The hiring process for this company was normal. The first phase you complete your application and pass your workbooth assessment. Second phase is the job offer where you are signed into a room via the internet/phone with about 25-30 other people and given details about the job, if you are still interested after this point you accept the job offer. You will be set up with a training date. My experience with this company was great!

The question that were asked via phone were very basic. I believe there might have been a question asking about a time that you had a difficult situation.

It went well. Fast process, good communication, polite interviewer. Done over a call, and was sufficient. I recommend giving it a try if you get the opportunity. I liked it.

2) Grammar Test
3) Comprehension Round and E-commerce Test
4) Chat Round
5) Operation Round
One should prepare well for the Chat Round because this round is the one where you get rejected.
