The interview process was straightforward. Had a talk with a manager over the phone. Got called in the next day for an interview with 3 different managers. We mostly discussed my resume and experiences. There was also some talk about what I would be doing. During the process, some electrical concepts and machinery were brought up that I have not heard before. This would be evident but tried to reassure them that my experiences would help.
