Interview was "unconventional" per interviewer Heather R...was actually pretty conventional to me. same questions as usual..What pissed me off is that Heather told me i would hear something Tuesday or Wednesday the following week..That time passed before I emailed her in regards to an update..Heather ignored me for days before finally sending me a basic rejection letter..All u had to do was say that a week ahead of time Heather. Dont have people waste their time for you to so blatantly ignore them . and dont tell people youll contact them and not do so!

The interview process was straightforward and professional. It focused on my prior work experience, communication skills, and ability to handle client information. The interviewer explained the role, expectations, and daily responsibilities clearly.
