The process was very short. I was called a few days after I submitted my application. My interview was scheduled for 2 weeks later. I met with the different shift managers for about 20 minutes each. They told me what my daily schedule would look like and about how many hours I would be expected to work. After the interview I received a call a week or so later offering my the job.

Quick interview with lots of questions about management experience. There was a lot of emphasis on following procedures and complete uniforms. There was also a lot of talk about the background check, which you have to pass to get the job.

I thought things were going well but I was told the job didn’t exist. Asked to interview at another store for the same position and it didn’t exist either. I went to interviews for managers and only told we have crew members jobs only. If the job doesn’t exist why post it?
