Colloquio
First I received a phone screen and then I was asked to come in for an interview. I was told it wouldn't be more than half an hour, but ended up being way longer. After interviewing with the person I had the phone screening with she asked if I wanted to interview with the recruiting trainer while I was there so I did. Afterwords he told me to email the woman who called me if i was still interested in the job. I told her I was and was invited back in for an interview with their CEO. He basically was telling me how hard the job was and it seemed like he was trying to scare me away from it. At the end again he told me to email the first woman if I was still interested in the role. I did, and never ended up hearing back from her. At one point she emailed me saying they have not yet made a decision and were not sure when they would, but that was a few weeks ago now and I have still not heard anything.

What would you do if you were talking to a candidate who did not seem interested in the things you were saying about the potential job?

Easy, had several interviews with a head recruiter. He seemed like a go-getter and the team seemed small. Applied online and then was called in for an interview. The interview lasted about 30 mins and I heard back within 3 days for another interview

Received a call explaining the role for about two minutes and was asked to come in for an interview. Not what I'd consider a phone screen. The first interview consisted of me meeting a few people from management and them telling me about the company. Not what I'd consider an interview. The second interview was actually an interview which took about an hour and a half to complete. Myself and another candidate were sitting in a room and met with a few staff members and brought into a room for our one-on-one interviews. After the interview, I was told "you'll be hearing from us in a few days." Of course, in typical fashion, no one reached out to aware me of where I stood with my status in the hiring process after a week. After reading reviews on the company, I'm glad I didn't get it and avoided whatever trap I nearly got myself into.
