Great process. Very open and honest. It was clearly important that both myself and Tanium felt that this was a right fit. No surprises and the HR team was great to work with.

Multiple interviews from all levels. (7 in total) Hiring manager up to CRO, Chief HR and other leading management roles. Everyone was very interested in me as a person and it seemed that they value personal fit very highly at this company. Nobody hides the aggressive growth plans and what it will mean in regards to work intensity. I was presented a challenging job with adequate compensation and growth potential.

Interviews for the DSA role are very thorough once you get beyond the internal TA Screening. Heavily focused on hitting quota, developing relationships with partners and the leadership level you sold to in your previous roles.
