Standard 3 round interview process. Was happy to meet with multiple managers. Interviewers encouraged the use of the STAR method. Had an opportunity to meet with the site manager and human resources team.

I applied online and was contacted by a recruiter. I had a phone interview with her and she called me the next day to let me know that I moved on. I then interviewed in person with the manager of the district that I would be interning in. After I made it through that round I interviewed with her boss who manages all of South Florida. The interview consisted of all behavioral questions.

During the phone interview for the position of Executive Intern at Target, I had a positive and engaging experience. They were professional and friendly, creating a comfortable environment for me to showcase my qualifications.

Call interview for about 20 minutes followed up with video interview for about 30 minutes. Most of it was explaining the role, culture, responsibilities, and others. It was almost like a conversation.
