Everything about the interview process was as described...after final the 4th interview I was offered a position at the Athens store...however after bein offered the position a decision was made by target to go in a different direction...this did not bother as much as the way the news was delivered to me...I received an automated email at 5 in the morning to inform me of the decision...the decision to email me this news after bein offered the position in person to me felt like a slap in the face...other than that I have no problems with the company very professional up until the last interaction

It was a two step interview process. Personable and you are able to interview with not only your direct managers but theirs as well. Provides transparency into your new team. My interview was virtual because I was moving to the area, but I'm sure they do in person for local folks.

The interview was straightforward and to the point. Situation based interview, what would you do in this certain scenario. Interviewer was very friendly, and welcoming. They want to make sure that you have what it takes to be a leader
