I had two interviews. One with the general interviewer and then another with the Leader the Cashier dept. First one was really just to determine all the basic stuff, days/hours available, just kinda going over your application and a few scenario questions. Second seemed more like a way to see if you would be a good fit.

If you had a coworker who was doing something wrong, how would you handle the situation.
Standard process, STAR method is good to use in interviews like this. Wear nice clothing not too dressed up not too formal and be friendly. Positive environment not super high pressure

Tell us about a time you had an upset customer and what did you do to fix the issue
After submitting myapplication through the Target Careers portal, i completed a brief, automated assessment of mywork availability and job-related skills. i then received an email invitation to complete a recorded video interview, where i was asked 5–8 pre-recorded questions. For each prompt, i received 2 minutes of preparation time and up to 3 minutes to record my answer.

There were a lot of people being interviewed together and it was long but to the point. The questions were direct but the process was long. Be prepared to be there for awhile.
