Applied online. Finally got a call about two months later for an initial phone interview. This was somewhat informal, mainly just a resume review and brief introduction. Scheduled formal phone interview for the next week. This consisted of five behavior based questions, as everyone mentioned here. I studied and came up with responses for around twenty questions that people had encountered. Unfortunately, my questions were almost all not ones mentioned here so I felt unprepared and struggled. The interview had me complete the online assessment before making a decision. Got the call today that they were pursuing other candidates. Very nice human resource person throughout process.

It was a two step interview process. Personable and you are able to interview with not only your direct managers but theirs as well. Provides transparency into your new team. My interview was virtual because I was moving to the area, but I'm sure they do in person for local folks.

The interview was straightforward and to the point. Situation based interview, what would you do in this certain scenario. Interviewer was very friendly, and welcoming. They want to make sure that you have what it takes to be a leader
