I was initially contacted over the phone by an HR rep from the local store, and asked basic questions such as the positions I applied for and my job availability.
Two days later I met in person with the Assets Protection Leader and the Store Team Leader for one on one interviews. The AP Leader specifically asked questions about my professional experiences, my education, volunteer activities, and spent a bit of time talking about assets protection and loss prevention items. Both interviews involved around 5-6 behavioral type questions, such as asking how you handled incidents in the past such as coworker conflict, ethics, and group leadership.

They utilize 3 interviews. In the first interview they offered me 2 different positions. I told them I wanted to apply for the asset protection position. Brought me back for the second interview. Then the third, which was supposed to be with the market AP manager, but that never happened. When I came in, they told me the full time position I applied for would be part time, 20 hours a week. The pay was also something they said could not be negotiated, it was a flat pay position regardless of the experience I had.

Still going through the hiring process but the interview was with HR-brief, scenario-based questions. Answers/Experiences matter and Personality. I have a second interview today with the head of Asset Control.
