I had an on campus interview before I graduated. I met the recruiter at a career fair and thought it sounded like a great opportunity; I want to grow my career and Target is a great solid company.

Applied through my University career fair. I was interviewed by two people. They were quite friendly and they asked the typical behavioral questions. Nothing the stumped me. Did not know the reason why they did't choose for the next round.
