Quick and easy, the interviewer had me and one other person there. We separated into individual interview rooms. The question ms were straight forward. I would say it was a standard interview.

Scheduled a phone interview and the interviewer never showed up. I was offered a job a few days later with no interview. Huge red flag and I did not take the job.
