I applied online and received a call from Targets HR department 3 weeks later scheduling me for an interview 2 days later. I came in on time and was taken to the back to wait for the interview. There were a few others there as well for interviews. Fortunately it was 1 on 1 and not group interviews. I waited about 30 mins for the 1st one with I assume was the team leader. He asked to tell him about myself first then questions about difficult situations in my previous job and how did I handle them. He wrote my answers down in a packet. There were about 5 of those questions then told me he liked me and set me up with a 2nd interview with I believe was the store mngr. She took me to another room then asked me the basics like my availability, am I good with technology, and 2 more scenerio questions which was basically the same as the first interview just reworded. I gave the same answers I gave the other guy then she prompted me to the HR manager where I got the job offer all in the same day. They were all very nice and down to earth.
