The interview process was as usual as the other companies. Recruiters looked for the specific subject knowledge for every project they recruited for. Initially there was a written test to test the genral, logical, analytical knowledge of the interviewee. Then there was the HR round where interviewee was asked about him and his prior experiences and his job role. Expect questions fromthe role you played in your previous company. Then finally for the technical interview where we will be interviewed for the job specific and genral technical knowledge.

Interview process was not difficult. I was appointed for Accounts Payable domain as Senior Process Associate. They asked me regarding my previous work experience and basics of AP. Prepare journal entries and if you're experienced then do elaborate about your work experience.
