The interview process consisted of 5 stages:
First, I had an initial phone screening with the Talent Acquisition representative. Then I was invited to an in-person interview with the hiring manager. After that, I had another in-person interview with the HRBP.
Next, I received a take-home assignment which I had five days to complete. The final stage was a fifth interview with the Global HR Operations Manager, who oversees HR operations globally.
Overall, the interviews were very positive. There was great chemistry and a respectful, professional tone throughout – both with the local team in Israel and the global team. The take-home assignment was fair and clearly aligned with the responsibilities of the role.
