Pretty easy interview. Two rounds. First was an interview with the CEO/Owner. It was very casual, just asked basic screening questions. The second was an onsite interview, where they take you to a Walmart to see day-to-day. The person that interviewed me said they would call me back later that day regardless of an offer. Never called me. I reached out asking for a definite answer, no reply.
A questionnaire asking what you value most in a job. There was close to 20-25 questions that ask you to circle the one you favor most in a multiple choice of three.
