It's a two part interview, the first part was a verbal interview with my current clinic director, regional manager, and another front desk. They ask you basic questions and give you simple scenarios. I.E. if a patient comes in 30 minutes late what do you do; 30 minutes early; a day early; a date late; etc... The second part caught me off guard. They ask you to go in a room where you have 15 (give or take) minutes to do this test. It's like a standardized test on various subjects (mostly math, logic, and language). After that they thank you and I heard from them the next day!
