Initial round is a 1 on 1 interview with the supervisor who reviews your demoreel. Once that is cleared the artist has to give a test followed by a telephonic round with the client. Finally there is an HR round where the salary is discussed and you get the offer letter.

Colloquio
It was a pleasant talk(also pretty quick), he first asked me how do I feel about realistic animation and cartoony animation, and told me what the style they are mostly aiming for. Then we talk about what's the contract about and what is going to happen in the future. Things are pretty transparent. He also answered my questions patiently.
