The process is straightforward. Supposedly there would be a phone screen where the recruiter would call you but they didn't. Instead you get an e-mail being invited to a full day (7 hours) assessment in the office. Activities include scenario based exercises, one-on-one interview, and case study test on what would you do in "certain job issues after going back from holiday". There's also a group financial exercise where they give you limited time to decide something and present your findings. The process itself is interesting but intimidating because you are being judged not just by one person but at least 8 people who have no way knows your capabilities and just based on personal bias. In the end, the recruiter said not to contact them for update as they will make sure to update everyone. They didn't after two weeks of waiting, I followed up. Then the recruiter was unprofessional and responded that they had sent an email but did not go through they believe. It's 2020 and that as an excuse for lack of contact? Perhaps a made up excuse. Overall poor execution of the process and left a bad taste in a job seeker's mouth considering the time and effort you gave, leaving you to chase after their feedback.
