Total Waste company . Highly Unprofessional people. Wasting everybody's time. There was one more earlier review comment along these lines. Wish i had said a No for F2F discussion with these morons. F2F Interview was arranged through over-eager consultant. 1. Before entering their office they asked me to leave my belongings- Hand-bad with phone and wallet outside in reception. No lockers or any provision for that. Just my valuables lying around.... Had half-a mind to walk away then itself but grudgingly went inside. 2. The inteviewer just starts point-blank whether I had worked in the EAP Auth Back-end side to which i reply a "No" as I had knowledge only on client side. Then he says "We are looking only for back-end. Sorry. Resumes were not available to us prior to the interview " and closes the interview. For this 2 mins interview which could have happened over the phone Why the hell are you asking people to waste time (1 and half hours for me), effort and money and come in person? My Advice : Judging by the way they treated me, these guys don't seem to have any respect for individuals/employees.

Interview process was bad, panel was not sure what to ask. Seems like they have interviewed candidates just for time pass. They are not serious in hiring candidates. Its complete waste of time.
