I have been working as a work at home "contract" customer service representative for over 3 years because of the flexibility it allows. I enjoy working with people and helping them to find a solution to their issues. I am very detailed when it comes to work, as with my personal life. I have great documentation as well as technical skills, to combine. Why I enjoy working from home, it gives me the flexibility needed to spend more time with my 11-year-old daughter, either getting her back and forth to school and doing homework versus spending hours in traffic going to and from the office environment.
