First interview was over the phone with HR person. It included standard questions on why I want the position, what is my background and skills. Second interview was with team and included behavioral, skills and experience questions. And final interview was with a director asking again behavioral questions.

What are you weaknesses and strengths? How would you deal with a certain problem? What would be your plan in a certain situation?
it was good, you have to be ready to be asked different behavioral interview questions.
The environment is nice and friendly, the staffs are also very welcoming. Overall, it was not bad. Just answer the questions to the best of your knowledge.

Two rounds of interview. First one was from manager, she asked me some basic java questions, like what version of java i use most, what IDE i was using. Second one was from everyone of that team, some test on java and what i would do if countering a problem ive never seen before.
