Initial communication happened on Mid Nov 2018 and appeared for F2F two times. First time was with the team in Chennai and second time with the hiring manager from Swiss. Everything went fine and did not get offer. In March 2019, again given a F2F round with hiring manager who came from Swiss. Knowing that I already hold an offer, they provided an offer that was less than what I had with other company. If they know that they cannot afford more for the position open, why they should call me for interview, which I don't understand. And there were many miscommunication between HR and technical hiring team as I was asked to come for F2F on March to a wrong office location on a wrong date. Finally, they lost the application form which I submitted at the time of interview and asked to come again to submit it, which I straightly denied. Advice to interviewees: Get to know about budget allocated for the position and accept the interview schedules. Don't waste your time and energy without knowing the budget. Advice to the HR team: Don't miscommunicate about details of interview venue and location. Keep the candidate documents safely.
