I was given a telephone interview where I had to talk about what was written on my CV and then given a chance to ask questions about the company. It was all very relaxed and I felt like they were working with me rather than againsst me. You also have a face to face interview at the academy which is very relaxed as well.

Video interview -> telephone interview -> assessment centre. Assessment centre split into aptitude tests and face to face interview.
Friendly interviewers with no real curve ball questions
Aptitude tests relatively straight forward

2. Video Interview
3. Phone call with the head of graduate academy recruitment - Fairly relaxed call. Chance for you to ask questions to know a bit more about the company.
4. Assessment Centre at the Leeds HQ
- General chat about the company
- Tests (technical, situational, maths)
- Interview with 2 senior people
- Lego building (individual but sat in a group)
Overall the assessment centre was very relaxed, they assess you as an individual rather than feeling that you are compared to someone else.
