I interviewed with this company a few years ago and unfortunately had a very negative experience. The interview felt extremely disorganized from start to finish. The questions lacked structure, and it didn’t seem like the interviewers had aligned beforehand on what they wanted to cover or evaluate. What stood out most was the lack of professionalism during the conversation. Both interviewers appeared distracted throughout the meeting, checking emails and multitasking while I was speaking which made the interaction feel dismissive and uncomfortable. There was very little engagement, and at times the tone came across as unnecessarily cold. Interviews are a reflection of a company’s culture, and this experience left me with concerns about the team environment and level of respect for candidates’ time.
