There was no interview process. A previous co-worker "put in a good word" for me and I was hired without any processes being followed. The manager I spoke with provided me with false information regarding the raises, bonuses, work schedule and many other things that I came to learn later. Absolutely the most unprofessional team I've ever worked with in my life.
