Completed application form online, including situational questionnaire. Was rang 1 week later to arrange a group interview in store. It was extremely laid back.
The interview included;
-a store walk
-bag packing to assess customer service skills
-tidying shelves for 10 minutes
-a group activity, building a tower
-a one-to-one interview

Name a time you had to keep calm in a heated situation.
Completed a fairly short interview with two existing staff members (including manager) and then headed downstairs to do a trial shift to check how you performed on the checkouts and interacted with customers.

It was done by a manager in a back room. It was formal and it was about 20 minutes asking about experience, peoples skills etc. this might have changed as this was like 6 years ago now
