Group interview, tasked with making a tower out of paper to support a can of beans. Then we worked on the shop floor to get a feel of the type of work we would be doing.
I applied online, completed a short assessment, and attended an interview focused on customer service, teamwork, and availability. Afterwards, I completed right-to-work checks, induction training, and sometimes a trial shift.
