Interview was with an LCSW. All 6 questions had nothing to do with social work. No details about the role being FSP field based. This was a problem for me and the interview was a waste of my time.

The interview process is straight forward with very creative and quick-thinking questions. I think it depends on who interviews you as well, if you show interest, then you have a good chance.
