Over long with often periods of being told the hiring manager is off on a vacation/long weekend to try and manage me while drawing out the process. Finally, was told hiring manager is really interested, very positive and wants another round so I requested a prospective offer in writing that day and they refused to do it. The processes the company put in place to hire are ultimately how they run their business. I dodged a bullet. Don't waste your time like I did.
