3 - 15 minute interviews with each manager and owner. It was more them explaining the company philosophy than you actually answering questions. I waited 30 minutes to interview with the owner, who then spent 10 of the 15 minutes of our interview on the phone - pretty self-important. The managers had a great attitude and interview style.

Why do you want to work in the restaraunt industry?
In person with multiple people being interviewed at the same time as you, usually starts with the manager and if they like you, they would introduce you and the owner of the restaurant will interview you and give you the job on the spot.
Easy and straightforward. Talk about your experience and why you want to work there. Hired me on spot and organized my orientation days. Worked with my schedule and accept seasonal work.
