Short and easy, 2 interviews required, typical tell me about yourself, why would you like to work here, they have a few questions about the brands values and which ones you resonate with most and why. Pretty easy to get hired with any prior experience. 3 table sections max is a downer though
In person with multiple people being interviewed at the same time as you, usually starts with the manager and if they like you, they would introduce you and the owner of the restaurant will interview you and give you the job on the spot.
Easy and straightforward. Talk about your experience and why you want to work there. Hired me on spot and organized my orientation days. Worked with my schedule and accept seasonal work.
