Interesting automated screening. I received an email 1 day after applying that had a link that then asked me a series of automated screening questions. Then after that I must’ve passed because I was instantaneously sent another link to a questionnaire on a website. After which, then I received an invite to record a video response to several questions. Which was supposed to take 45 mins, but ended up taking 2hrs. After all that work, a few days later I got a email to set up a phone call with an actual human recruiter. The questions were right out of a screening 101 textbook, but turned out after all that the role was too junior for my skills and abilities (which wasn’t at all clear from job description) (so, maybe an issue there with them shooting for too much in job description when they wanted an true entry level person).
