Went through HR and technical phone screens. Then was assigned a coding project based on Poker card game before going to about a half-day onsite interview. Team was very friendly, with mixture of technical questions and cultural fit discussions. Ended the day with a presentation of my coding project and then a whiteboard/live-coding session to expand on the project. Surprised I did not get an offer. Might have been some miscommunication from this particular group in terms of the type of person they were looking for in the role. Anyway, they did share the benefits package, which is quite impressive. Seems like a good place to work if you can get an offer.
