Through an employee referral. One phone call with College Recruiting coordinator and one with someone from the IT team. Fairly standard behavioral for both, no technical questions. Questions tied into core values and some behavioral. Overall process took about one month.

Very easy going with focus on proper fit. Behavior based questions. No right or wrong answer, simply use experience. You interview with several different people in different areas. All have focuses in different areas such as PM work, Development, Delivery, Intake, etc
