The interview was a hand shake cause the turnover for this company is ridiculous. If you can walk upright and speak complete sentences your in. The funniest part is the testing which you're supplied with an answer sheet and calculator.

Was a very generic interview, no real hard questions on sales figures etc. Asked about motivations, previous success and aspirations. Overall thought it was a decent interview and not too difficult but would have preffered to be grilled more considering I didnt get an offer.
