They ask me to give them a sales presentation on one of their products after providing me with some information about the product to study for five minutes.

Structured with a specific process that you have to follow. Spent more time thinking about the process than the actual question and answer portion. Friendly interviewer and gave lots of good context on the role and organization.

Fair - straightforward procedure with clear instructions and good feedback. Friendly people, made me feel welcomed. I did not have to wait long for the feedback which was straight forward. Thinking of replying.

3 interviews, pretty short and pretty easy. Asked mostly about your experience. 3 different time slots at main office. There were 3 people in each interview. Not sure what else to add.
