Very short, a quick phone call followed by an interview the next day. The usual brand of questions covering experience and ages taught, some questions about how I would go about teaching certain tenses and age groups, whether I had any preference for ages of students etc.

The interview was friendly and relaxed. Everything was explained thoroughly, and was a pleasant experience. I was given the opportunity to ask as many questions as i wanted, and all of them were answered accurately and in detail. Once you have the interview, you have all the information relevant to make an informed decision of whether you would like to take this position if it was to be offered to you.

A skype interview which I passed, and then a weeks training when I got to Madrid. The training was intensive, but I learnt from it. Covered teaching children, adults, exam classes etc .
